We look are launching a new luxury wine and food tour – Du Terroir a La Table with Thierry Tomasin M.C.A, which will be a high end specialist tour featuring some of the best and most exclusive wine producer visits.
Thierry is the owner of Angelus restaurant, he was the youngest person to win the Master Culinary of Arts former Chairman Sommelier of Great Britain and Head Sommelier of Le Gavroche.
Thierry, will be leading a series of new food and wine experience weekends for small groups this coming year. Each trip will be a unique and bespoke tailored one-off experience to taste and have the opportunity to meet some of the wine producers of the region and visit a mixture of regional and Michelin star restaurants.
The first trip will take place over a long weekend from Thursday 14 April, departing from London Heathrow to Lyon airport, travelling with British Airways with access to a VIP private lounge and returning late afternoon on Sunday 17 April.
Guests will enjoy an all inclusive luxury experience from start to finish with every luxury and comfort catered for; staying in a 5 star luxury hotel in the heart of Beaune for 3 nights including breakfast.
We have planned for each day of the trip to be focused around the wine tastings, interspersed with fabulous leisurely lunches and dinners at carefully selected restaurants.
The trip will tour and take in the stunning vineyards and villages around Beaune, Meursault and Clos de Tart. Exclusive private wine tastings have been set up and organised by Thierry, through his wine producer connections and close circle of friends, who run and own some of the top vineyards in Burgundy, and will be the highlight of the experience, which we hope will be informative and fun for all.
